eSIM Installation & Activation

Please follow these steps to start using an eSIM on your phone.

Android Device

  • 01.

    Select the QR code option at the top

  • 02.

    Go to 'Settings> Connections'.

  • 03.

    Tap 'SlM Card Manager'.

  • 04.

    Select 'Add Mobile Package'.

  • 05.

    Select 'Scan operator QR code'.

  • 06.

    Scan the QR code by placing it inside the guide line and enter the confirmation code when prompted.

  • 07.

    Tap 'Add' when the eSlM Option is detected.

  • 08.

    Once you have registered your plan, select OK to switch it on. activated eSlM, you can view the following in the SlM card manager

iOS Device

  • 01.

    Go to the 'Settings' page and click on 'Cellular'.

  • 02.

    Click 'Add eSlM' or 'Set Cellular Number'

  • 03.

    Click 'Use QR Code'.

  • 04.

    Scan the QR code provided on the email we sent to you, tap 'Continue' twice and wait for a moment. Your eSlM will connect to the network, which may take a few minutes, and then tap 'Done'.

  • 05.

    Activate eSlM, click 'Continue' to activate.

  • 06.

    eSlM installation is successfu!!
